Training and Placement of the students admitted to KALCHINI Govt ITI  have been considered with great importance and a separate cell with a Training and placement Officer-In-charge has been active mainly in the following fields.

                          Training:- Training is teaching, or developing in one self or others, any  skills  and knowledge  that relate to specific useful competencies. Training    has specific goals of improving one’s  capability ,capacity , productivity and performance. People within many professions and occupations may refer to this sort of training as professional development.

                          Placement:-The Institution is new from the batch of (2022-2023) obtaining their course, the training and placement cell has already created a good record in placement. Some reputed companies are came here and hire the students for making their bright future.
